My recent trip to Hong Kong was a well-deserved break after 16 weeks of clinical rotations. It was an eye-opening experience – Hong Kong was in the midst of the Occupy Central movement, and coming from a country where riots and strikes are illegal, it was my first time witnessing such a large scale protest.
